“We had such a great experience working with Katrina on the custom drapes for our new home. She was incredibly helpful and patient throughout the entire process, always taking the time to answer our questions and work within our budget. We also really appreciated how prompt and responsive she was. On installation day, the team was professional, efficient, and very detail oriented. The drapes turned out beautifully and we couldn’t be happier with the finished result. We would absolutely recommend Katrina and her team. 10/10 experience from start to finish!”

Recently I had a problem with some blinds in a condo which I own downtown and David fixed it right away, and saved me a lot of headache. He is very experienced, professional and also the best price I have found. If you need blinds or drapes, call Daivd and I know you wiil have the same great experience that I did.”

“I recently purchased a condo with unusually tall windows, so standard store-bought curtains were not an option. I was also working with a tight budget and a very tight timeline. I shopped around at several stores, but none of them could provide the service I needed at an affordable price within my deadline. At the last minute, I contacted New Art, and they completely understood the pressure I was under and the many restrictions I was dealing with. Jessica was extremely helpful and even answered my questions while she was on vacation. In the end, New Art completed everything on time, with high-quality products and at a very reasonable price. I’m extremely happy with their service and truly appreciate their effort and professionalism. I would definitely recommend New Art to my friends and anyone looking for reliable custom curtain service.”

“David is very responsible. He set up my curtain 6years ago. When I call him for a small issue this week, he comes right away, without any concern, even it’s a long distance. David人实在，窗帘装了六七年了，需要维修一个电话就来了。换小零件都没收钱。”
